Strathmore 400 Series Printmaking Pad is a heavyweight printmaking paper designed for techniques that require a durable surface capable of absorbing multiple layers of ink.
The natural white paper has a soft, medium-textured surface that provides a balance of durability and absorbency for printmaking applications.
Available in 8 x 10 inch and 11 x 14 inch formats, the pad is suited to lithography, intaglio, screen printing and relief printing. The 240 gsm paper contains high alpha cellulose wood fibre and is acid-free.
The glue-bound format provides convenient individual sheets for studio work, printmaking practice, editions and finished prints. It is suitable for intermediate printmakers and artists developing more detailed printmaking techniques.
