The Speedball Mounted Linoleum Printing Block in Smoky Tan is a traditional linoleum carving surface designed for linocut, relief printmaking and block printing.
It has a fine, flat surface that helps reproduce sharp, clear artwork and provides a 1/8-inch cutting depth for carving detailed designs, textures and negative spaces. The linoleum is mounted on durable MDF, providing a firm base for carving and printing.
Speedball Smoky Tan linoleum blocks can be used with both water-soluble and oil-based relief inks, making them suitable for a wide range of printmaking techniques.
Available in multiple sizes from compact blocks for small prints to larger formats for more detailed compositions, they can be printed by hand or with a suitable printing press.
