Caran d'Ache Neocolor I Artist Pastels are water-resistant wax pastels with a rich, creamy texture and strong colour application.
This set of 10 metallic shades adds reflective and shimmering effects to drawings, illustrations, lettering, decorative artwork and mixed-media projects. The pastels can be applied directly to a wide range of surfaces and layered to build colour intensity and texture.
