Caran d’Ache Neocolor II Water Soluble Pastel in White 001 is a versatile water-soluble drawing medium from Caran d’Ache for dry and wet creative techniques. White 001 can be applied directly to paper for opaque marks, highlights and drawing details, or activated with water to create softer washes and blended effects.
