Caran d’Ache Neocolor II Water Soluble Pastel in Purple Violet 100 is a soft wax oil pastel designed for drawing, colouring, washes and mixed-media techniques. Its smooth, velvety texture and strong covering power allow colour to be applied directly, blended or layered for expressive artwork.
