Caran d’Ache Neocolor II Water Soluble Pastel in Pink 081 is a soft wax oil pastel designed for drawing, colouring, washes and mixed-media techniques. Its smooth, velvety texture and strong covering power allow colour to be applied directly, blended or layered for expressive artwork.

The 8.65 mm pastel offers strong covering power, produces no pastel dust and is made in Switzerland by Caran d’Ache.
