What are the delivery charges?

Delivery charges vary based on order value, order volume (Deadweight x volume) and location.

 

Artzo incurs relatively higher shipping costs on low value items. In such cases, charging a nominal delivery charge helps offset logistics costs. Please check your order summary to understand the delivery charges for individual products.

Delivery options offered are of two specific types, namely:

 

Standard Shipping: Packages shipped with standard shipping would take 7-10 business days for the order to be delivered. Rates for standard shipping are mentioned below.

  • Shipping charges on Order Value of Rs. 0.00/-  to  Rs. 1,999.00/-  -  Rs. 100.00/-

  • Shipping charges on Order Value of Rs. 1,999.00/-  to  Rs. 2,999/-  -  Rs. 75.00/-

  • Shipping charges on Order Value of Rs. 2999.00/- and above: Rs. 75.00/-

 

Express Shipping: Packages shipped with express shipping would take 5-7 business days for the order to be delivered. Rates for express shipping is mentioned below.

  • Shipping charges on Order Value of Rs. 0.00/-  to  Rs. 1,999.00/-  -  Rs. 250.00/-

  • Shipping charges on Order Value of Rs. 1,999.00/-  to  Rs. 2,999/-  -  Rs. 200.00/-

  • Shipping charges on Order Value of Rs. 2999.00/- and above: Rs. 150.00/-

 

There may be a delay in shipping certain products depending on availability and time taken to import the products. In such cases, Artzo would not be liable for any delays in delivery of such orders.

Saturdays, Sundays, Government Holidays and unforeseen holidays such as "Bharat Bandh" and similar such days are NOT included as business days.

 

It is possible that the courier partners have a holiday between the day your placed your order and the date of delivery, which is based on the timelines shown on the product page. In this case, we add a day to the estimated date. Some courier partners do not work on Saturdays, Sundays and this is factored in to the delivery dates.

What is the estimated delivery time?

Business days exclude public holidays, Saturdays and Sundays.

Estimated delivery time depends on the following factors:

  • Product's availability

  • The destination to which you want the order shipped to and location of the Seller.

Are there any hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc) on items sold on Artzo?

There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on Artzo. List prices are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you would pay.

Delivery charges are not hidden charges and are charged (if at all) extra depending on the Artzo's shipping policy.​ However, in addition to the shipping charges, Artzo levies a fixed "Handling Charge" of Rs. 50/- on every order.

 

Why does the estimated delivery time vary?

You have probably noticed varying estimated delivery times the product you are interested in. Delivery times are influenced by product availability, geographic location of the delivery, your shipping destination and the courier partner's time-to-deliver in your location.

 

Seller does not/cannot ship to my area. Why?

If you haven't provided your pincode until the checkout stage, the pincode in your shipping address will be used to check for serviceability.

Whether your location can be serviced or not depends on:

  • Whether Artzo ships to your location

  • Legal restrictions, if any, in shipping particular products to your location

  • The availability of reliable courier partners in your location

At times Artzo may prefer not to ship to certain locations. This is entirely at our discretion.

 

I need to return an item, how do I arrange for the same?

Returns are subject to evaluation of the situation and the product. Artzo does not accept any returns once a product is sold or a service is rendered complete. Contact Us for more information.

'Preorder' or 'Forthcoming'

Such items are expected to be released soon and can be pre-booked for you. The item will be shipped to you on the day of it's official release launch and will reach you in 7 to 10 business days. The Preorder duration varies from item to item. Once known, release time and date is mentioned. (Eg. 5th May, August 3rd week)

'Out of Stock'

Currently, the item is not available for sale. In such cases, you may choose to write to us regarding your requirement and we shall notify you once the item is back in stock.

​

'Imported'

Sometimes, items have to be sourced from outside India. These items are mentioned as 'Imported' on the product page and can take at least 15-20 business days or more to be delivered to you.

 

'Back In Stock Soon'

The item is popular and is sold out. You can however 'book' an order for the product and it will be shipped according to the timelines mentioned by the Seller.

'Temporarily Unavailable'

The product is currently out of stock and is not available for purchase. The product could to be in stock soon. Use the 'Notify Me' feature to know when it is available for purchase.

​

'Permanently Discontinued'

This product is no longer available because it is obsolete and/or its production has been discontinued.

 

Does Artzo deliver internationally?

As of now, Artzo doesn't deliver items internationally.

 

You will be able to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world with credit/debit cards issued in India and 21 other countries, but please ensure the delivery address is in India.

Cancellation, Returns & Exchange Policy

 

Artzo has a strict NO CANCELLATION, NO RETURNS & NO EXCHANGE policy on all its products & services.​

  • All products procured by Artzo are 100% original.

  • All products sold on Artzo.in are 100% authentic.

  • All products undergo an extensive quality check upon procurement.

For the aforementioned reasons, Artzo currently does not offer any cancellations, returns or exchanges on its products.

​

However, in the unlikely event that a product received by you is damaged or faulty, follow the steps mentioned below:

  • Contact an Artzo executive immediately (within 24 hours of receiving the order) and explain the issue with the product.

  • Share pictures along with details of the damage or fault with the product via email. (Artzo does not accept images shared with our executives on messaging platforms or other forms of social media).

  • Any complaints/issues raised after a time of 24 hours from delivery (or) receipt of your order will not be considered for returns or exchange.
