These are unprecedented times and we are currently part of  a dynamically evolving situation.
We've therefore, decided to share all the latest updates regarding orders, deliveries, shipping and store related information with you through this page.

Online Orders & Shipping:
- We're currently accepting orders from all deliverable pin-codes across India.
- We're currently delivering to all zones (Green, orange, red) across India.
- Orders are currently being delivered within 7-10 business days from the date of dispatch.
- *Most orders are currently being dispatched within 4 business days of order placement.
- Express shipping has been disabled from the website indefinitely. In-case you need your product to be delivered urgently, you may WhatsApp the details to us and we shall assist you further in this regard. | WhatsApp - +91 99163 33833
- Delivery timelines may vary in the event of a lock down in your city/state/district.
- You may also chose to arrange a pick-up for your order via Swiggy Genie, Dunzo, Wefast etc. from the stores subject to stock availability at the store level. (For Bangalore based customers only).

In-Store Shopping:
- As on date, all our staff members have received at least 1 dose of the Covid-19 vaccine.
- Both our stores i.e. New Bel Road & Church Street are open for walk-ins.
- Store Timings are as follows:
   New Bel Road - (Mon-Sat) 10:30 am to 07:00 pm | *Sun - 12:00pm to 07:30pm
   Church Street - (Mon-Sat) 10:30 am to 07:30 pm | *Sun - 12:00 pm to 07:00 pm
- Masks are mandatory for entry into the store.
- In order to maintain adequate social distancing, a maximum of 2 persons will be allowed into the store with a total of 6 persons (including staff) at any given point.
- Hand sanitization upon entry is mandatory.
- You may also chose to arrange a pick-up your order via swiggy genie, Dunzo, wefast etc. from the stores. (For Bangalore based customers only).
*Stores may or may not be operational on weekends due to curfew/lockdown in the respective city(s). Kindly call the respective stores prior to planning your visit.
